Setting up a Nordelettronica NE143-P for a Roamer LiFePO4 lithium battery

Yes, this charger works with Roamer LiFePO4 batteries.

Simply set the jumper switch to the GEL setting, this reduces charge voltage to 14.4V. To change this, you need to pull the black jumper off the pins, and place it over the two left-most pins.

We do NOT recommend that you do not leave this charger connected and charging for extended periods (more than a few days) once the battery is full. This is because the float voltage setting of this charger is higher than recommended and a long and sustained float charge will degrade the LiFePO4 cells faster.
